Refund Policy
When and how funds are released back to a buyer or sender who cancels before dispatch.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
A buyer who cancels a marketplace order before the shop owner dispatches it receives a full refund from escrow. A sender who cancels a delivery request before a trucker is assigned also receives a full refund from escrow.
2. After Dispatch / Assignment
Once an order has been dispatched or a trucker has been assigned, the escrow is committed. Refunds after this point are governed by our Dispute Policy and adjudicated by our team.
3. Refund Method
